In The Gang, a cooperative version of Texas Hold'em, players bet on how powerful their card hand is compared to other players and then try to make their predictions a reality. Players take on the role of seasoned gangsters who join forces to carry out a daring heist of three vaults that are known to be inviolable. Strategy, communication, and team spirit are essential to succeed in this legendary heist. “The Gang” takes place over several “heists”, each consisting of four turns. Players should assess the strength of their hand without talking directly to each other about the cards, using chips to indicate the strength of their combinations. Unlike traditional poker games, bluffing is forbidden. Players need to listen to the visual cues of others to make the best decisions. The aim is to succeed in at least three heists, otherwise the game is lost. Compared to classic poker games, “The Gang” is distinguished by its cooperative aspect and the absence of bluffing. The rules have been simplified, making it easy for anyone, even those who have never played poker before, to dive into the adventure. It is possible to increase the difficulty for more experienced players, thus offering a nice progression curve. Average duration of a game: 20 minutes. Number of players: 3 and more (max.6). Recommended for children aged 10, 11, 12, 13 and older.
